Fritters of rice and greens

Products
Rice - 200 gr
Wheat flour - 4 tablespoons
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Fresh parsley - 4 sprigs
Salt - to taste
Ground black pepper - a pinch
Vegetable oil (for frying) - 6-7 tbsp
Prepare the products according to the list. I got 6 medium-sized rice pancakes from the indicated amount.
Wash the rice, put it in a pot or saucepan and pour 600 ml of water. Turn the heat up to high in a saucepan and bring the water to a boil. Then turn down the heat to low and cook the rice, stirring occasionally, for about 20 minutes, until soft.
Put the boiled rice in a colander and leave to cool.
Place the rice in a bowl. Stir in the eggs, salt and pepper.
Stir in flour. Stir in flour.
Wash parsley, dry it, finely chop it with a knife and add it to a bowl. Stir to mix.
Put a frying pan on medium heat and heat vegetable oil. Using wet hands, form thin pancakes out of rice mass and place in frying pan. Fry the fritters for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
Line the fritters with a paper towel and let them soak up the oil.
These hearty rice fritters with greens are ready. They can be served with any sauce.
