Kefir fritters with zucchini topping

Kefir - 200 gr
Wheat flour - 200 gr
Zucchini - 100 g
Soda - 1/3 teaspoon
Salt - 2 pinches
Vegetable oil (for frying) - 40-50 ml (3-4 tablespoons
Prepare the products according to the list.
It is best to use young zucchini - it has no large seeds and its skin is thin.
Kefir is suitable for any fat content.
Sift the flour into a bowl. Add salt and baking soda.
Pour in the kefir.
Thoroughly mix until homogeneous. The dough will be thick, similar in consistency to a fat sour cream. Leave the dough for fritters for a couple of minutes - at the expense of baking soda it will become more "fluffy".
Zucchini, wash and cut into thin circles, about half a centimeter.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of batter into the pan, forming pancakes.
While the batter is still on the surface of the fritters, place a zucchini mug each and gently press down with a spoon to "sink" the mugs into the batter.
Fry the fritters over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown. After frying, the zucchini will be soft.
