Ingredients (for 4 servings)

Bananas - 2 pc (300 g)

Carbonated water - 200 ml

Vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons + for greasing the pan

Flour - 150-160 gr (1 cup 250 ml)

Cinnamon powder - 0,5 tsp.

Salt - 1 pinch

Sugar - 1-2 tbsp. (to taste)

Soda - 0,5 tsp.

Apple cider vinegar 6% - 1 tablespoo

Prepare the products.

Sift flour.

Peel the ripe bananas, put them in a bowl and mashed potato them.

Pour in the mineral water.

Add salt, sugar, cinnamon and cooking oil. Put out the baking soda in vinegar and add it to a bowl.

Stir everything well. Add flour in batches, stirring all the time so that there are no lumps.

You can whip with a mixer. The dough turns out as sour cream, thick enough.

A pan well heat up. Grease with vegetable oil.

Pour about a half-cup of batter into the pan, and spread it out all over the pan. If the batter does not pour out well, you can spread it over the pan with a silicone spatula.

Bake the pancakes over medium heat on both sides until golden.

When ready, stack the pancakes.

Lenten banana pancakes with baking soda are ready. Serve with honey, jam.
