Potato and minced chicken cutlets

Potatoes - 800 g
Chicken stuffing - 300 gr
Onions - 2 units (120 g)
Flour - 2 tablespoons
Salt - 1 tsp.
Ground black pepper - a pinch
Vegetable oil (for frying) - 4-5 tablespoons (100 ml
Prepare the products according to the list.
Peel the onion and cut into small cubes.
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place onion, stirring, fry about 3-5 minutes, until transparent.
Peel and wash potatoes, grate them on a fine grater, and place in a bowl.
Add the minced chicken, fried onion, flour, ground pepper and salt. Thoroughly mix until homogeneous.
With wet hands take a small amount of the resulting mass, roll into a ball and flatten slightly, forming a flat pattie.
In the same way, form the rest of the patties.
Heat the rest of the cooking oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Place the cutlets in the hot oil and fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until brown.
If desired, fried cutlets can be placed for a while on a paper towel, so that the excess oil is absorbed.
Delicious minced potato and chicken cutlets are ready. Serve them to the table, if you want, complete with sour cream or any other sauce.
