Banana pancakes with rice flour
Products
Banana - 250 gr (1 piece).
Rice flour - 5-6 tablespoons (140 g)
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Vanilla - a pinch
Vegetable oil (for frying) - 1-2 tablespoon
Prepare the products according to the list.
Peel and break the banana into pieces in a bowl. Add the eggs. Knead thoroughly with a fork or immersion blender until smooth.
Stir in the rice flour and vanilla.
Stir thoroughly.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Spoon the batter into the pan about 1 to 2 tablespoons at a time, forming small pancakes.
Fry the fritters over medium heat for about 2 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
