Fritters with kefir and minced chicken

Soft, tender pancakes are made very simply, quickly and really resemble patties, only in the lazy version. Such "lazy patties" will always come in handy!

Ingredients (for 4 servings)

Chicken stuffing - 300 gr

Kefir - 250 ml

Eggs - 2 pcs.

Flour - 100 gr

Baking powder - 1/2 tsp.

Salt - to taste

Ground black pepper - to taste

Vegetable oil (for frying) - 3-4 tbsp (60 ml

Prepare the products according to the list.

Combine the flour with the baking powder and sift.

In a bowl combine eggs and salt.

Pour in the kefir.

Thoroughly mix.

Add flour and baking powder in batches, each time stirring. Pepper and mix it.

The pancake batter should be pretty thick, and run down from a spoon with a ribbon.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over low heat. Spoon about 2-3 tablespoons of batter into the pan, forming pancakes. In the center of each pancake, place 1 tbsp of minced chicken.

Place about 1 tablespoon of batter on top of the stuffing so that it completely covers the stuffing.

Fry the pancakes over low heat for about 3 minutes on each side, until brown.

Shape and fry other pancakes in the same way.

Juicy and tender "lazy pancakes" on kefir with minced chicken are ready.
