Pancakes with sausage and cheese
Products
Boiled sausage - 150 g
Hard cheese - 100 g
Kefir 2,5% (room temperature) - 200 ml
Eggs - 2 units
Flour - 100 gr
Soda - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste
Vegetable oil - for frying pancake
To make the pancakes, we need 2.5% kefir, which must be at room temperature.
We beat two eggs into the kefir. If the eggs are small, you can use three.
Add salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Mix well.
Next, add flour, it must be sifted before using. And mix well so that there are no lumps.
At the end add baking soda. Mix well.
Let the dough stand for 15-20 minutes.
Grate cooked sausage on a coarse grater.
Hard cheese also grate.
We add the sausage and cheese to the dough.
And mix everything well.
Pour vegetable oil on a heated frying pan and put one tablespoon of dough.
Fry the pancakes with sausage and cheese until brown on both sides. You can cover them with a lid.
The pancakes are incredibly delicious, juicy and very filling.
