Thin pancakes with milk and coconut shavings

Photos for the recipe: Thin pancakes with milk and coconut Flavorful thin pancakes with milk and coconut are easy, quick, and simple to make. These sweet pancakes with an unusual coconut flaky topping are a good treat in their own right, or a great base for nalewkis!

Products (for 3 servings)

Milk - 0,5 l

Wheat flour - 160-180 gr

Egg - 1 egg

Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons

Sugar - 2 tbsp.

Coconut chips - 100 g

Prepare the products according to the list.

Use fine coconut shavings.

From the specified amount I got 6 pancakes with milk.

Sift flour (160-180 g - one cup of 250 ml or slightly more) into a bowl.

Add the egg and sugar.

Pour in the milk and vegetable oil.

Thoroughly mix until homogeneous. Dough for pancakes should be about the thickness of liquid sour cream.

Heat a frying pan over medium heat. If the pan has a good non-stick coating - it can not be greased. If you are not sure about your pan, it is better to grease it with vegetable oil.

Pour about a half-cup of batter into the frying pan and spread it across the bottom, gently tilting the frying pan sideways. Immediately, before the pancake grabs, sprinkle it with coconut shavings. Fry the pancake for about 1-2 minutes on each side, until golden.

Fry the rest of the pancakes in the same way.

Tender, fragrant pancakes with milk are ready. We serve them to the table, if desired, sprinkled with coconut shavings.

Bon appetit
