Garlic Scones with Chili Peppers (pan)

Recipe photo: Garlic Scones with Chili Peppers (pan) Very tasty spicy scones with herbs, garlic and chili peppers. These flatbreads are quick and easy to make - they are made with liquid dough in water and a little butter.

Products

Water - 200 ml

Butter - 20 g (+ for greasing the pan)

Flour - 120 g (1 cup of 200 ml)

Garlic - 1-2 cloves

Parsley (or coriander) - 2 tablespoons

Dried chili pepper (flakes) - 1/4 tsp.

Salt - 1 tsp.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Finely chop the greens (I used frozen, they are already chopped).

Sift flour into a bowl.

Add salt, chopped herbs and chili peppers.

Peel garlic, pierce through a press and also send to a bowl.

Pouring a little water, knead the dough with a whisk.

Melt the butter (I do it in a microwave for 20-30 seconds).

Pour the butter into the dough. We mix it.

The batter is ready.

Heat a pancake pan and grease it with butter. Pour a portion of batter (a little more than half a scoop) into the pan.

Fry for about 2 minutes, until the batter has set on top.

Turn the patty over and fry for another minute. Then flip again and fry for 30 seconds - repeat again.

The scone is ready.

In the same way we do with all the dough.

In the end, I had four flatbreads about 15 cm in diameter.

Serve the flatbread with sauce or instead of bread.

As an option, you can wrap any kind of filling into the flatbread, just like a tortilla.

Enjoy!
