Liver cake with mushrooms
Products
Chicken liver - 600 g
Champignons - 450 g
Onions - 240 g (2 pcs.)
Potatoes - 120 gr (1 pc.)
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Mayonnaise - 150 g (6 tablespoons without a hill)
Flour - 90 gr (3 tablespoons)
Vegetable oil - 2-3 tbsp.
Garlic - 2-3 cloves
Salt - to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste

Hard cheese - 50 g
Eggs - 1-2 pcs.
Fresh herbs - to tast
Prepare the necessary products.
Boil one or two eggs to decorate the cake: put them in cold water and boil for 10 minutes after the water boils. Cool the ready eggs in cold water.
One onion and potatoes are peeled, washed and cut into large pieces.
The liver is washed, cleaned of excess membranes and ducts.
Place onion, potatoes and liver in the bowl of a blender. Grind until smooth.
Pour the liver and vegetable mass into a deep bowl. Pour in flour, add two raw eggs, salt and pepper. Thoroughly mix until homogeneous.
Heat a frying pan, lightly grease with vegetable oil.
Pour the batter into a pan and form not very thick pancakes. Fry the pancakes for 1-2 minutes on each side, until they begin to brown.
If the pan is 24 cm in diameter, I get 6 pancakes.
Prepare stuffing.
Peel the second onion and cut into small cubes.
Clean the mushrooms, freshen the cuts on the stalks.
Heat the rest of the vegetable oil in a pan and fry the mushrooms for 4-6 minutes, until the liquid evaporates.
When the liquid evaporates from frying mushrooms, add onion and fry on medium heat for 4-6 minutes.
Salt and pepper mushrooms with onions. Let cool.
Peel the garlic and pierce through the press.
Cooled mushroom stuffing mix with mayonnaise and garlic. Divide the stuffing into six parts (according to the number of pancakes).
Spread the liver pancake on a plate and smear some of the mushroom stuffing. Do the same with all the pancakes and stuffing.
The top pancake, too, grease with mushroom stuffing.
We send the liver cake with mushrooms to the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
Decorate the cake can be finely grated cheese, boiled eggs and fresh herbs.
