Pancakes with shrimp and bananas

Milk - 1,5 cup

Flour - 1 cup

Bananas - 2 pcs.

Cream - 200 ml

Shrimps - 150 gr or more

Egg - 1 egg

Pour a cup of flour into a bowl, add a pinch of salt.

And two teaspoons of sugar. Stir it.

Take another bowl and beat the egg in it.

And add a cup and a half of warm milk. Beat it.

Add the milk and egg mixture to the flour mixture a little at a time.

The consistency of the dough should turn out like liquid sour cream. Place the bowl with the dough in a bag or cover with clingfilm and leave in a warm place for 40 minutes.

While the dough is hardening, prepare the filling. Peel two bananas, cut into pieces and mashed potato them.

Add 200 ml of cream and mix with the banana until it is as homogeneous as possible.

Take the shrimp and lightly fry them in vegetable oil.

Add bananas and cream. The boiling should not stop. Add a pinch of salt, red hot pepper and nutmeg. Cook for a few minutes until thickened and leave to cool.

Take out the pancake batter, stir it and bake pancakes with it.

It remains only to make pancakes by wrapping stuffing in them.

And fry them on a frying pan on both sides
