Oat pancakes with peach

Recipe photo: Oat pancakes with peach Delicious oatmeal pancakes with peach - a great option for a healthy breakfast or dessert! Peach is not added to the batter in pieces, but chopped into a puree and gives the finished fitness pancakes a nice fruity taste and flavor. As is customary, we will fry the pancakes in a dry pan without oil.

Ingredients (for 2 servings)

Peach - 170 gr (1 piece)

Eggs - 2 units.

Oat Flakes - 100 gr

Flour - 40 gr

Sugar - 40 g

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Wash the peach, cut it in half, remove the pit. Cut peach pulp into medium sized pieces.

In the bowl of a blender or other food processor pour oat flakes.

Grind the cereal to the finest crumbs, almost to flour.

Add the sugar, peach pulp, two eggs and flour.

Grind the combined ingredients until a smooth batter is obtained.

Heat a dry non-stick pan and place the batter in it, using about 1.5 tbsp for one pancake, in the form of round flat tortillas about 8 cm in diameter.

Reduce the heat to almost low and fry the oatmeal pancakes under a lid for about 1 minute. The surface of the pancakes should become dry and bubbly.

Flip the pancakes over and fry for about 1 more minute on low heat (also under a lid).

Remove the finished pancakes from the pan.

Fry the rest of the pancakes the same way. I had a total of 8 pancakes.

The oatmeal pancakes with a peach are ready!

Serve the pancakes with any sauce, syrup (mine was caramel) and berries.

Bon appetit
