Prepare the products.

Wash liver and cut off all membranes and veins.

Using a blender or meat grinder grind liver.

In the liver mass break the egg and pour the milk. Once again beat with an immersion blender.

Add flour, salt and pepper. Using a blender, beat until there are no lumps.

Leave the dough for 15 minutes at room temperature.

Grease a frying pan with vegetable oil and heat it up. In the center of a frying pan we pour 1 ladle of liver batter, evenly distribute it on the bottom. Fry a pancake for 2 minutes on each side. Thus fry all pancakes. I got 7 pancakes.

Carrot peel and grate it on a coarse grater.

Garlic peel and pass through a press.

Processed cheese grate on a coarse grater.

In a bowl, combine melted cheese, carrots, minced garlic, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Mix until homogeneous.

On each cooled pancake evenly lay the stuffing.

Put a sheet of lettuce on top.

Let's make a rather thick roll.

Repeat the procedure with all the billets.

Let's cut the rolls in pieces and serve them.

Bon appetit
