Potato pancakes with kefir
Products
Potatoes - 150 g
Kefir - 100 ml
Egg - 1 egg
Flour - 50 gr
Soda - 1/2 teaspoon
Hummels-suneli - 2-3 pinches
Salt - to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste

Prepare the products according to the list.
Peel and wash the potatoes. It is best to take the kefir out of the fridge beforehand.
Pour the kefir into a bowl. Then beat in the egg and mix well.
Add the baking soda and stir to mix.
Add flour and mix to a smooth dough without lumps. The consistency of the pancake batter should be similar to a thick sour cream.
Grate potatoes on a coarse grater and squeeze out the excess liquid.
Add the grated potatoes to the batter and mix.
Taste and season with salt and pepper. Add the honeysuneli and mix well.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Pour batter into frying pan about 1-2 tbsp, forming small pancakes. Fry the fritters over medium-high heat for about 3-4 minutes.
Then flip the pancakes over and fry the other side for about 2-3 minutes, until brown.
Bake the fritters with the remaining batter in the same manner.
Potato fritters with kefir are ready.
