Openwork pancakes with milk
Products (for 3 servings)
Milk - 300 ml
Flour - 180 gr
Sugar - 30 gr
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Baking powder - 1 tsp.
Sunflower oil (to grease the pan) - 30 ml
Salt - 1 pinc
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Break the eggs into a bowl, add salt and sugar.
Using a whisk, whisk eggs with sugar and salt until homogeneous.
Pour warm milk into egg mixture. Stir to combine with flour and baking powder.
Combine the flour with the baking powder and sift it into the liquid base.
Using the same whisk, knead a smooth dough without lumps. Leave the dough to "rest" for 15 minutes.
During this time, prepare a bottle with a screw cap. Make a hole in the lid, through which the dough will pour out in a thin stream. Pour the pancake batter into the prepared bottle.
Heat a frying pan well, grease the bottom with sunflower oil, pour the batter from the bottle in any patterned pattern.
Fry the pancake on slightly above medium heat until golden (such pancakes fry faster than usual). Flip to the other side so that the pancake retains its openwork shape. Fry the other side of the pancake until golden.
Remove the pancake from the frying pan and place it on a plate. Using the same principle, fry the pancakes from the remaining dough, not forgetting to grease the pan with sunflower oil each time.
I ended up with 10 pancakes. Serve the pancakes hot or warm, with condensed milk, sour cream, honey or just pouring sugar over them. These pancakes are especially loved by kids!
