Cheese pancakes with kefir

Recipe photo: Cheese Pancakes with Kefir These delicious, ruddy cheese pancakes are made so quickly that you can start with them at least every morning! Pancake batter is made with kefir, with grated cheese and finely chopped herbs. Affordable, simple and, most importantly, very tasty!

Products

Kefir - 300 ml

Hard cheese - 100 gr

Egg - 1 egg

Flour - 100 gr (2/3 cup of 250 ml)

Dill - 10 g

Leeks - 10 gr

Soda - 0,5 tsp.

or baking powder - 1 tsp.

Salt - to taste

Ground black pepper - to taste

To serve:

Sour cream (or garlic sauce) - to tast

Prepare the products.

You can take any greens you like.

In a bowl combine the kefir and egg. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Mix with a whisk until smooth.

Stir in flour and baking soda (or baking powder). Again mix until homogeneous.

Greens rinse, dry and finely chop. Add to the kefir and egg mixture.

Grate cheese on a fine grater and also send to a bowl.

Mix it.

A frying pan to grease with vegetable oil and heat.

Pour half of the mixture onto the frying pan, smooth it out and fry under a lid on minimum heat for 5 minutes, until the surface becomes opaque.

Use a plate, a lid or a wide spatula to turn the pancake over to the other side and fry on medium heat for 1 minute more.

Fry one more pancake in the same way.

Serve the cheese pancakes with sour cream or garlic sauce.
