Pancakes with cottage cheese and strawberries

The dough is made with milk, with the addition of cocoa powder. To fill the pancakes we use cottage cheese, we also need frozen strawberries, and in season you can take fresh ones. Be sure to take the recipe to heart, it's very tasty, nutritious and healthy!  

Products (for 4 servings)

For the pancakes:

3,2% fat milk - 400 ml

Flour - 200 gr

Big eggs - 2 pcs.

Cocoa powder - 50 g

Sugar - 1/2 tbsp

Salt - 1 pinch

Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon + for frying

For stuffing:

5 % fat cottage cheese - 300 gr

Fresh or frozen strawberries - 150 g

Sugar or honey (if desired) - to tast

Prepare everything according to the list. It turns out 10-12 pancakes, just enough filling for all the pancakes. I use 5% cottage cheese.

Prepare a bowl, beat eggs in it.

Add cocoa powder, salt and sugar to the eggs.

Pour room temperature milk into a bowl.

Add the flour in batches, mixing the dough with a mixer.

Add 1 tbsp. vegetable oil to the dough. Stir and leave for 5-10 minutes.

Now heat a frying pan, pour some batter there. Fry the pancake for 20-30 seconds on each side.

Fry all pancakes this way. If necessary, grease a frying pan with oil.

Defrost the strawberries, put them into a blender and grind until smooth.

Grease each pancake with cottage cheese. You can sweeten the cottage cheese with honey, sugar or any syrup.

On top of cottage cheese put a little strawberry mixture.

Roll up the pancake.

Do the same with all pancakes.

Pancakes with cottage cheese and strawberries ready.

We obtained a chic dessert, which can be served to children for an afternoon snack, or the whole family for breakfast or snack.
