Potato pancakes with mushroom baked potatoes

Seemingly ordinary potato pancakes, but with slices of mushrooms - it's a different look and taste more vivid. For juiciness and flavor to the grated potatoes add a little sour cream, onion and garlic.

Products (for 4 servings)

Potatoes - 400 g

Champignons - 80 g

Onions - 70 g

Flour - 50 gr

Egg - 1 egg

Sour cream - 1 tablespoon

Garlic - 1 clove

Salt - to taste

Ground black pepper - to taste

Vegetable oil - 50 ml

Sour cream for serving (optional) - to tast

Prepare all the products according to the list. Peel and wash potatoes and onions.

Peel the garlic clove. Grate potatoes, onions and garlic on the finest grater. I have a food processor with this attachment, so I used it. Also suitable is a regular most fine grater.

Add sour cream, egg, salt and pepper to the potatoes.

Add the flour.

Mix well.

Wipe mushrooms with a damp kitchen towel. Cut the mushrooms in slices.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan, spoon out the potato mixture to form the potato flapjacks. Place a mushroom plate in the center of each pancake.

Fry the potato pancakes for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Look how beautiful and ruddy the pancakes with mushrooms turn out.

When ready, put the darniki on a plate. You can remove the excess oil with kitchen paper towels.

You can serve the darniki with mushroom topping with sour cream. Bon appetit
