Zucchini fritters with stuffing

Ground turkey meat goes well with zucchini and feels good in the fritters, which become like tender meat patties with vegetables, very juicy and appetizing. Interesting to try!

Ingredients (for 3 servings)

Zucchini - 500 g

Ground turkey - 300 g

Onions - 100 g

Flour - 80 gr

Egg - 1 egg

Fresh parsley - 15 g

Vegetable oil - 30 ml (2 tablespoons)

Salt - to taste

Ground black pepper - to taste

Ground paprika - 1 tsp

Products needed.

If you use young zucchini, you do not need to peel their skin.

Grate zucchini on a medium grater and put them in a bowl with a little salt.

Stir and leave for 5 minutes at room temperature. After this squeeze the juice that stood out.

Peel the onion and cut into small cubes.

To the squeezed zucchini add chopped parsley.

Also add minced meat, onions, paprika, ground black pepper and salt. Take into account that zucchini are already a little salted.

Add the egg.

All stir until homogeneous.

Then poured in the stuffing flour.

Again all stir until homogeneous.

Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and with a tablespoon pour out the mass, forming pancakes.

Fry the fritters on medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side, until browned.

Fry all fritters, adding vegetable oil as necessary.

Fried zucchini fritters with stuffing are ready. Serve warm, topped with sour cream, ketchup or any other sauce. Vegetable or cereal side dishes can be quite a companion to these fritters.
