"Draniki" from cucumbers with greens
Products
Cucumbers - 2 pcs (250 g)
Wheat flour - 2 tablespoons
Egg - 1 pc.
Dried garlic - 1/2 tsp.
Fresh parsley - 20 g (5-7 sprigs)
Salt - to taste
Ground black pepper - 1/4 tsp.
Vegetable oil (for frying) - 2-3 tbsp.

Sour cream - to taste
Fresh mint - 3-4 leave
Prepare the products according to the list.
Cucumbers with thin skin do not have to be peeled, but if it is tough, you need to peel them beforehand.
Cucumbers are washed and grated on a medium grater.
Slightly squeeze out the juice.
Parsley wash, dry and finely chop with a knife.
Send parsley to the grated cucumbers. Here we add an egg.
Salt and pepper.
Pour the flour and mix.
The dough should be medium thick and fall from a spoon in a lump. If the dough is too thin, you can add a little more flour.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Pour the dough into the frying pan about 2 tbsp and flatten it, forming the draniki.
Fry the pancakes over medium heat for about 2 minutes on each side, until golden.
In order to let the excess oil get absorbed, we turn the fried pancakes out of the pan and lay them on paper towels.
Unusual cucumber dumplings are ready. We serve them to the table, if desired, adding sour cream.
