Sausages in pancake batter (in the oven)

The batter, once baked, is puffy and airy, like pudding, it gently envelops the ruddy sausages and everything together forms a very harmonious flavor!  

Ingredients (for 2 servings)

Sausages - 250 g

Milk - 130 ml

Flour - 120 gr

Eggs - 2 units.

Salt - to taste

Vegetable oil - 1/2 tbsp

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

These sausages in dough are cooked rather quickly, so it is best to turn on the oven in advance to heat up to 200 degrees.

Free the sausages from

skin.

Put the sausages in a baking dish and grease them with a little vegetable oil.

Place the sausages in a preheated 200 degree oven for 7-8 minutes.

While the sausages are baking prepare the dough. In a bowl beat the eggs and add salt.

Using a whisk or fork, beat the eggs.

Pour in milk.

Add flour.

Using a whisk stir the dough until homogeneous (no lumps). The consistency of such pancake batter will turn out like thick sour cream.

On a plate, grease the bottom and sides of the pan itself with oil (my pan measures 18x15 cm).

Pour the dough into the mold.

Place the sausages on top of the dough.

Put the form with the sausages in the batter in the oven and bake the dish at the same temperature of 200 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.

Sausages in pancake batter are ready.
