Banana fritters with oat flakes and honey (no flour)

Photo to Recipe: Banana Fritters with Oat Flakes and Honey (Flourless) A great breakfast for the whole family - banana pancakes with oat flakes and honey. The pancakes turn out thin, fragrant, quite sweet and very soft.

Ingredients (for 3 servings)

Bananas (not peeled) - 450 gr

Eggs - 2 gr.

Oat flakes - 50 gr

lemon juice - 15 ml

Honey - 30 ml

Baking powder - 0,5 teaspoon

Salt - 1 pinch

Vegetable oil - 30 m

Prepare all the ingredients.

Use bananas that are ripe and sweet enough. The sweeter the fruit, the less sweetener you need to use.

I used instant oatmeal, but ordinary oatmeal will do as well.

Honey can be replaced with sugar.

Peel the bananas. Cut into circles in a bowl or the bowl of a blender. In a bowl beat the eggs.

Then add salt, lemon juice and baking powder.

Add the honey. (If the honey is thick, heat it in a water bath or in the microwave.)

Sprinkle in the oat flakes.

Grind with a blender until smooth.

Heat vegetable oil in a pancake pan. Spoon out the banana batter. Fry the pancakes on a low-medium heat for about 2 minutes on one side, until golden brown.

Gently flip the pancakes with two spatulas, as the batter is very delicate, and continue frying in the same mode.

Then place the fritters on a paper towel to remove excess fat.

Fry all the fritters in this way.

Banana fritters with oat flakes and honey (without flour) are ready. Serve at once.

They are good warm, served with sour cream or different sweet additives.

Bon appetit
