Fritters made of melted cheese (without sugar)

Recipe photo: Fritters of melted cheese (without sugar) Fritters based on melted cheese are very tender, with a rich cheese flavor and aroma. The unsweetened pancakes are quite easy to make, they are soft inside, with a thin ruddy crust.

Ingredients (for 2 servings)

Melted cheese (frosted) - 225 g

Eggs - 2 pcs.

Flour - 70g + for working with dough

Vegetable oil - 30 ml

Salt - to taste

Ground black pepper - to tast

Prepare all the ingredients.

Use good quality melted cheese. Before using, put the cheesecakes in the freezer for 15-20 minutes to make it easier to work with them.

Take the frozen cheesecakes out of the freezer. Grate them on a fine grater into a deep bowl.

Add the eggs to the cheesecakes. Thoroughly mix until smooth.

Season with salt and ground black pepper.

Sift the flour into the bowl. Stir it in. You should get a thick mass, which does not flow and is well shaped.

Divide the dough into small pieces. I got 8 pieces weighing 40-45 grams each. Roll each piece in flour and form a small flapjack.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Place the pieces and fry on medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes.

Turn over, continue frying for 2-3 minutes more. Billets should brown well on all sides.

Remove to paper towel to soak up excess oil.

Melted cheese fritters are ready.

Serve warm, topped with sour cream, jam or condensed milk.

Bon appetit
