Fritters on fruit yogurt

Products (for 2 servings)

Drinking fruit yogurt - 175 ml

Eggs (small) - 2 units.

Flour - 150 gr

Sugar - 30 gr (to taste)

Vegetable oil - 40 ml

Soda - 2,5 gr

Salt - 1 gr


Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

I used strawberry yogurt. Apricot, cherry, peach, or other yogurt will work fine. (The flavor of the pancakes will depend on the flavor of the yogurt used.)

In a deep bowl, combine yogurt and eggs, mix with a whisk or mixer until smooth.

Stir in the salt and sugar until dissolved. Carefully adjust the amount of sugar to your taste, as the yogurt is already sweet.

Pour in half of the vegetable oil, and stir.

Pour in the sifted flour and baking soda. Mix with a whisk so there are no flour lumps.

The dough turns out medium thick.

Send a frying pan to the fire, pour in vegetable oil and heat well.

Spoon small portions of dough into the pan, forming round pancakes. Cover and cook over a low heat for 2 to 3 minutes, until the bottom side starts to brown.

Turn over and continue cooking for a couple more minutes in the same mode, you can do so without a lid.

Place the pancakes on a paper towel to soak up the excess oil.

Prepare fritters in the same way with the remaining dough.

Fritters with fruit yogurt are ready. Serve at once.
