Recipe photo: Pancakes with pears (without sugar) Pancakes with juicy pear pulp and not a single gram of sugar are a great option for breakfast, an afternoon snack, or for the arrival of guests. Pear pancakes turn out very tasty, with a delicate fruity flavor.

Ingredients (for 3 servings)

Flour - 100 g (6 tablespoons)

Kefir (or biolact) - 200 ml (1 cup of 200 ml)

Pear (large) - 230 gr (1 piece)

Egg - 1 pc.

Vegetable oil - 15 gr (2 tablespoons)

Soda - 2 gr (0,5 teaspoon

Prepare the products.

Put a glass of kefir in a container with warm water. It is necessary that the kefir becomes warm.

Wash and peel the pear.

Grate the peeled pear on a fine grater. The juice, which is separated from the pulp, must be drained. We need only the pulp.

In a deep container break the egg and pour kefir.

Thoroughly stir with a whisk.

Add the pear pulp to the egg mixture.

Pour in flour and add baking soda.

Pour vegetable oil into the resulting mass. Gently mix the dough so that it does not settle.

Heat a dry non-stick pan and spoon the dough into it to form oval flatbreads. You will need 1.5 tablespoons of dough for one patty.

Cover the pan with a lid and fry the fritters over low heat for 5 minutes.

When the surface is bubbling and the back side separates easily from the bottom of the pan, flip the fritters over. Cook another 3 minutes under a lid.

Fry all the fritters this way. With the given number of ingredients you get about 14 pieces.

Serve pear pancakes with honey, jam, butter or sour cream.
