Odorless vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons (+ for greasing pan and pancakes)

Flour - 320 g

Salt - 1 tsp.

Sugar - 1 tbsp.

Soda - 0,5 tsp

In a bowl mix the flour, salt, sugar and baking soda.

Pour in carbonated mineral water - only 400 ml so far. The water should be at room temperature. Stir to make the dough homogeneous, so that there are no flour lumps in the dough.

Once everything is stirred, pour the second portion (400 ml) of mineral water, but in batches. Everyone has different flour, so look at the consistency of the dough. The dough for pancakes should not be thick and not very liquid, homogeneous and without lumps.

Leave the batter for 15 minutes. Then add vegetable oil, and stir to combine. If the dough became thicker, add a little more water.

A pan well heated, grease a little oil. Pour the batter on the frying pan, evenly distribute it on the bottom. Fry thin pancakes on medium heat.

As soon as the pancake browns, flip it over. When the other side begins to brown, place the pancake on a plate.

Hot pancakes can be smeared with vegetable oil, it will be very delicious!
