Liver cake

Recipe photo: Liver Cake Beef liver snack cake. This liver cake is very easy to make. Thin liver pancakes are drenched with a cream of mayonnaise and yogurt. It turns out a very tasty and beautiful appetizer for the holiday table.  

Products

For the pancakes:

Beef liver - 500 g

Eggs - 3 pcs

Milk - 70 ml

Flour - 3 tbsp.

Vegetable oil

Ground black pepper

Salt

For the cream:

Mayonnaise - 100 g

Strong yogurt - 50 gr

Lemon juice - 0,5 tsp.

Dill greens

Ground black pepper

Salt

For decoration:

Hard cheese - 30 gr

Fresh parsle

Beef liver is cleaned of membranes and veins, cut into small pieces.

Grind the liver in a blender until smooth.

Salt and pepper the ground liver.

Pour in milk.

Add eggs.

Then sift in flour.

Mix mass with a whisk.

From the obtained liver mass fry thin pancakes on a frying pan heated with vegetable oil - for 2 minutes on each side.

Ready biscuit pancakes must cool completely.

While the pancakes are cooling, prepare the sauce-cream. In a bowl put mayonnaise and thick yogurt, salt, pepper and squeeze the juice of a lemon.

Also add chopped dill (you can replace it with other herbs) and mix everything well.

Spread the liver pancakes with the prepared cream, forming a cake.

The upper pancake also smear cream.

Decorate the liver pancake cake to your liking. I sprinkled grated cheese and nicely arranged a few sprigs of parsley.

We cool the liver cake in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

It turns out very tasty and beautiful appetizer for the holiday table.
