Stripey pancakes with milk

Recipe photo: Stripey pancakes with milk Pancakes are always delicious, especially if they have a "twist". Let's make striped pancakes with milk, which look very appetizing. The pancakes are made as usual, but as a raisin they use batter with the addition of cocoa, which makes the pancakes look very spectacular.

Products (for 3 servings)

2.5% fat milk - 250 ml

Flour - 150 g

Sugar - 15 grams

Cocoa powder - 10 gr

Eggs - 3 pcs.

Salt - 0,5 tsp.

Vegetable oil - 30 ml

Water - 125 m

Prepare all the ingredients. Use milk of any fat content.

Break the eggs into a bowl. Pour in water and milk. Whisk with a hand whisk until smooth.

Then add salt and sugar. Stir until all ingredients have dissolved.

Add the flour. Stir to make sure there are no flour lumps. The dough will be a little runny.

Pour 50-60 ml of the batter into a separate bowl. Stir in the cocoa powder. Mix well so there are no lumps. You should get a fluid, flowing chocolate dough. Add 20 ml of unscented vegetable oil to the white dough. Stir to combine.

Heat a frying pan well until hot. Grease with vegetable oil. Pour the chocolate batter into a disposable pastry bag with a small hole, or use a syringe without a needle. Stir the dough.

Scoop out a ladleful of batter and pour into the center of the pan. In a quick circular motion, spread the batter all over the bottom. Immediately make strips of chocolate batter. Fry pancakes over moderate heat for 1-1.5 minutes on each side, until brown.

The striped pancakes with milk are ready. I made 12 pancakes.

Serve the pancakes immediately with sour cream, honey, condensed milk, jam or other toppings.

Bon appetit
