Recipe photo: Melted Cheese Liver Fritters Delicious liver chicken liver pancakes with melted cheese, which are made from available products, literally in minutes! Not only do these liver pancakes turn out very tender, but they also have an interesting texture and rich creamy flavor provided by melted cheese.

Ingredients (for 3 servings)

Chicken liver - 220 g

Cream cheese - 50 g

Flour - 20 gr

Egg - 1 egg

Salt - pinch (to taste)

Ground black pepper - a pinch (to taste)

*

Vegetable oil (for frying) - 30 g (2 tablespoons)

Parsley greens (to serve, as desired) - 1-2 sprig

Prepare all the ingredients. It is best to use fresh chicken liver.

Rinse liver well and dry with paper towel. Cut the liver into small pieces and put them in a bowl.

Cut the melted cheese into medium cubes and send it to the liver.

Grind the chicken liver with cheese with an immersion blender until smooth. Also liver and cheese can be put through a meat grinder.

Add the egg to the mixture. Then mix it.

Add sifted flour. Then add salt and pepper. Mix well to make sure there are no lumps.

The batter turns out quite liquid.

Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat well over medium heat. Spoon small portions of liver mass into the pan in the form of pancakes. Fry on low heat until the crust browns on one side. This will take about 2-3 minutes.

Turn over and continue frying for 2 to 3 minutes, until the second side is crispy.

Place the liver pancakes on a paper towel to absorb excess oil. Prepare fritters of the remaining mass in the same way.

Ready chicken liver fritters with melted cheese, serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs. They can be served alone with your favorite sauce or with fresh vegetables.
