Prepare all the necessary products.
In a pot boil water (300 ml) and pour oat flakes in it. The water should slightly cover the groats.
Cook on low heat, stirring. The cooking time is usually specified on the package with cereals, I cooked for 5 minutes.
Oatmeal should turn out thick.
We leave the porridge to cool, so that it thickens even more.
Remove 1 tablespoon of orange zest. Squeeze out 20 ml of juice.
In the cooled porridge add an egg, baking powder, salt, sugar and vanilla sugar.
Also pour the orange juice and add the flour.
Everything is mixed thoroughly.
Then add orange zest.
Then stir it.
Preheat a pan with 1-2 tablespoons of oil and with a tablespoon pour the oat mass into it, forming pancakes.
Fry oatmeal pancakes for about 1-2 minutes on each side, until browned.
Put oatmeal pancakes with orange on a plate and serve.
Bon appetit!
