The cake tastes like a Tiramisu dessert. Fragrant coffee and delicate sour cream are in perfect harmony in taste. The dough for the pancakes kneaded on kefir. The pancakes are thin, perforated and very delicious.

Ingredients (for 5 servings)

Sour cream 20% - 350 g

Powdered sugar - 80-100 grams

Cocoa powder - 2 tablespoons

For the pancakes:

Kefir 1% - 220 ml

Flour - 150 grams

Egg - 1 egg

Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons + to grease the pan

Soda - 0,5 tsp.

Sugar - 1 tsp.

Salt - 1 pinc

Prepare all the necessary products according to the list.

First, prepare the pancakes. To do this, in a large bowl break the egg, add salt and sugar.

Beat with a mixer for a few minutes.

Add kefir to egg mixture.

Stir. Add 150g of flour.

Mix with mixer. The dough is thick - it should be.

Boil 110 ml of water on the stove. Add baking soda to the boiling water, and stir. Immediately pour boiling water into a bowl with the dough. Stir until homogeneous, so that there are no lumps. Add vegetable oil to the dough, mix.

Heat a frying pan and lightly oil it. Pour a little batter into the center of the pan and spread it out along the bottom.

Fry the pancake for 30-40 seconds on each side.

Fry all the pancakes this way.

Boil 80 ml of water.

Pour instant coffee in boiling water.

Combine sour cream and powdered sugar.

Mix well and taste. If you want, add more powdered sugar, if you like very sweet.

Brush each pancake with coffee and leave to soak for a few minutes.

Assemble the cake of pancakes, smearing each cream.

The sides and top of the cake also smear with sour cream.

Sprinkle the cake with cocoa powder.
