Corn flour fritters with kefir

Corn flour - 100 gr
Kefir - 200 ml
Egg - 1 egg
Soda - 1/2 teaspoon
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
Sugar - to taste
Salt - pinc

To grate the soft cheeses better, you can put them in the freezer 20 minutes before cooking.
Grate the processed cheese on a coarse grater.
To the cheese, beat an egg and pour the ground black pepper.
Then pour the flour.
We mix with a spoon until homogeneity. It turns out a thick mass, very similar to the cheese cake mix.
In a frying pan, heat vegetable oil.
We moisten our hands with water and form small flat cakes of the cheese mass. I have 8 pieces. We put them on the frying pan. We cover the pan with a lid and fry the flatbreads on medium heat for 2-3 minutes, until the bottom side starts to brown.
Then flip the fritters to the second side and cook without a lid for another 1-2 minutes, until browned. So fry all the fritters, adding vegetable oil as needed.
Ready fritters made of melted cheese first move onto a napkin (to absorb excess oil), then spread on a plate.
If you want, serve with sour cream.
