Fried zucchini with minced meat on kefir (without flour)

Recipe photo: Fried zucchini with stuffing in kefir (without flour) Zucchini fritters with minced meat are incredibly hearty, juicy and delicious. The fritters are cooked in kefir, with the addition of breadcrumbs, which makes them hold their shape well. At the same time there is no flour in the cutlets. These are almost patties, but without molding.

Ingredients (for 3 servings)

Zucchini (young) - 150 g

Minced meat (pork in my case) - 150 g

Onions - 60 gr (1 small onion)

Egg - 1 egg

Kefir (1% fat content) - 150 g

Bread crumbs - 50 g

Salt - 0,25 teaspoon (to taste)

Ground black pepper - pinch

Vegetable oil - 30 ml (2 tablespoons

Prepare all the ingredients.

Kefir is suitable for any fat content.

It is better to choose young zucchini. If the zucchini is old, clean the skin and seeds.

Grate zucchini on a coarse grater, squeeze out the excess juice. Add zucchini to minced meat, mix.

Peel onion, cut it into small cubes and add to stuffing as well. Stir it up.

Add egg. Stir it in.

Pour in kefir. Stir it in.

Stir in breadcrumbs, salt and pepper.

Once again, mix well.

Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil. Use a tablespoon to place small portions of batter in the pan. Fry fritters on medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes on each side, until crispy.

Place the fritters on a paper towel to remove any excess fat. Next fry another batch.

Buttermilk-flavored zucchini fritters are ready. Zucchini fritters are great with sour cream and fresh vegetables.
