Mushroom pancake appetizer cake

Whole wheat flour - 130 g
Corn starch - 1 tablespoon
Milk - 200 ml
Eggs - 2 units.
Salted or marinated mushrooms - 300 g
Onions - 1 pc.
Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
Salt - to taste

Cheese (I have mozzarella) - 150 gr
Green onions - 1 bunc
Pass the mushrooms and onions through a meat grinder and fry in vegetable oil for 10-15 minutes.
Knead dough with flour, starch, milk and eggs. Add fried mushrooms and onions to the batter, salt and mix. Bake the pancakes on a heated pan on both sides until they are ready (I had 14 pancakes with a diameter of 16 cm).
For the filling, grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Finely chop the green onions.
Turn on the oven to 200 ° C to preheat.
In a form for baking stack pancakes, pour cheese and green onions.
Bake pancake cake with cheese and green onions for 10-15 minutes in the oven heated to 200 ° C.
Ready cake put on a plate, cut into portions and serve.
