Oatmeal pancakes with banana

Products
Instant oat flakes - 200 g
Flour - 60 g
Milk - 200 ml
Banana - 350-400 gr (without peel - 200 gr)
Egg - 1 egg
Sugar - 25 gr
Baking powder - 1 tsp.
Salt - pinch
Vegetable oil (for frying) - 3-4 tbsp (45-60 ml)
Honey (for serving) - 1-2 tbsp
Products needed.
Lightly heat the milk in a saucepan on low heat.
Put oat flakes in a deep bowl and pour warm milk.
We mix and leave for about 20 minutes to swell.
Peel the banana, place it in a bowl, add a pinch of salt and mashed potato (you can use a fork) to a state of puree.
Add mashed banana and egg to a bowl with oatmeal.
Stir it.
Add flour, sugar and baking powder.
Stir well.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan on medium heat. Pour oatmeal batter into pan 1-2 tbsp.
Fry pancakes on medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side, until crust turns crispy.
We put the ready fritters out on a paper towel, so that the extra oil is absorbed, and then we move them to a plate and serve them with honey.
