Onion pancakes

Onions - 130 gr (1 pc)
Egg - 1 egg
Flour - 90 gr (1 tablespoon)
Vinegar - 1 tsp.
Soda - 0,5 tsp.
Salt - 1-2 pinches (to taste)
Ground black pepper - to taste
Vegetable oil (for frying) - 90 ml

Sour cream - 2 tbsp.
Fresh dill - to taste
Ground paprika - 1 tsp
Prepare the necessary products.
Peel the onion and grate it on a coarse grater.
Salt and pepper the onion. Soda quenched in vinegar, add to the onion pulp, mix. Leave it for 15 minutes at room temperature. This way we get rid of excess onion bitterness.
For the dough, break an egg in a bowl and add flour.
Thoroughly mix the flour with the egg, so there are no lumps.
Combine the dough with onions and knead until homogeneous.
It turns out a liquid batter for pancakes.
Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and pour onion batter with a tablespoon. Fry onion fritters on one side for 3 to 4 minutes, until golden.
Flip the onion fritters to the other side and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
We put ready onion fritters on a paper towel to remove the excess oil.
In the same way we fry all the fritters.
For the sauce, chop the dill greens and add them to the sour cream and paprika.
Mix the sauce until homogeneous.
Serve onion fritters with a delicate sauce and enjoy a simple and delicious meal.
