Pancakes with mayonnaise

Mayonnaise in the pancakes absolutely does not feel. Pancakes can be made as sweet dessert pancakes, as well as snack pancakes, which will be the basis for unsweet toppings (then there is no need to add sugar and vanilla to the pancake batter).

Products

Flour - 270 gr

Water (warm) - 500 ml

Eggs - 2 units

Mayonnaise - 60g

Vegetable oil - 30 ml (2 tablespoons) + for frying pan preparation

Sugar - 45 g

Vanilla sugar - 10 gr

Salt - 1 pinc

Prepare the necessary products.

In a bowl break the eggs, pour sugar, vanilla sugar and salt, add mayonnaise.

Mix everything with a mixer until homogeneous.

Then pour in warm water. Then we mix it.

Sift flour into a bowl.

Mix until homogeneous with a mixer.

Then we pour in vegetable oil.

Again we mix everything.

Leave the dough for 20 minutes at room temperature.

Grease a non-stick pan with vegetable oil (grease only once at the beginning of cooking), heat over medium heat. Spread a small amount of dough - about 1 spoonful - evenly over the surface of the pan. Fry the pancake on just above medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes, until browned.

Turn the pancake to the other side and also fry for about 1 minute, until browned. Fry all the pancakes.

When ready we put pancakes on a plate.

We serve them with sour cream, jam, condensed milk - at your choice!
