Rice pancakes with cheese

Recipe photo: Rice pancakes with cheese Rice and cheese fritters are a real find for a hearty snack. The successful combination of boiled rice and cheese makes for a very interesting flavor. Rice pancakes are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

Products (for 4 servings)

Rice (dry) - 200 g

Hard cheese - 150 g

Onions - 150 gr

Eggs - 3 units.

Flour - 3 tbsp.

Salt - to taste

Ground black pepper - to taste

Vegetable oil (for frying) - 50 m

Prepare the ingredients.

Rice is washed, pour 350 ml of water and cook over low heat until tender (20 minutes). The rice should be crumbly.

Leave the rice to cool.

Grate cheese on a coarse grater.

Chop onion finely.

Mix eggs, flour and boiled rice in a bowl.

Add salt, black pepper, onion and cheese. Mix well.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Spoon mixture onto frying pan to form pancakes.

Fry rice pancakes for 3 minutes, then flip to the other side and fry for 3 more minutes, until golden.

Serve hot rice fritters with sour cream.
