Ingredients (for 8 servings)

Zucchini (medium) - 1 pc (150-200 gr)

Crab sticks - 150 g

Cream cheese - 100 g

Wheat flour - 4 tablespoons

Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon

Egg - 1 pc.

Salt - 1/2 tsp.

Vegetable oil (for frying) - 2-3 tbsp. spoon

Prepare the products according to the list.

If you prefer, you can keep the melted cheese in the freezer to grate it more easily.

Grate the crab sticks on a fine grater.

Grate melted cheese on a coarse grater.

Grate zucchini on a coarse grater, lightly squeeze and drain excess juice.

In a bowl combine grated zucchini, crab sticks and melted cheese. Add egg and mayonnaise. Thoroughly mix.

Add flour and salt. Again, mix thoroughly until smooth. The pancake batter is ready.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Spoon about 1 to 2 tablespoons of batter into the pan to form pancakes. Fry pancakes over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden.

If desired, the fried fritters can be placed on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.

Unusual fritters of zucchini, crab sticks and melted cheese are ready. Serve them with sour cream, mayonnaise or any other sauce of your choice. Bon appetit
