Pancakes with mineral water
Pancakes with carbonated mineral water are delicate, thin and tender, although they are made without milk and eggs. If you complement the pancakes with, for example, honey, it will be very delicious. Ingredients (for 3 servings)
Carbonated mineral water - 550 ml
Vegetable oil - 20 g
Wheat flour - 250 g
Sugar - 20 gr
Salt - 1 tsp.
Butter (to grease pancakes) - 40 gr
Honey (for serving, if desired) - to tast
Prepare the products.
Dissolve sugar and salt in sparkling mineral water. Mix with a whisk.
Sift flour.
Add flour to water in batches, stirring.
Mix the dough with a whisk or mixer on low speed, to prevent lumps.
Add vegetable oil and mix.
Well heat a frying pan. We pour 0,5-0,75 ladle of batter on it and quickly distribute batter all over the bottom of a pan. Fry a thin pancake on one side for 2 minutes on medium heat.
Flip and fry the other side for another 30-60 seconds.
Each ready pancake grease with butter.
I had 15 thin pancakes.
We serve the pancakes with honey (if desired).
