Products

Bananas - 3-4 pcs.

Flour - 100 gr

Milk - 120 ml

Salt - 1 pinch

Vegetable oil (for frying) - 300 ml

Sugar (for sprinkles) - 50 g

I prepare the products.

Bananas - 3-4 pcs., it all depends on the size. Preferably use ripe, not overripe and not green.

You also need a small pan or saucepan and napkins or paper towels.

I add salt and a portion of milk to the flour.

I knead a smooth, lump-free dough. It will be a little bit greasier than for pancakes.

I send the vegetable oil to a medium-high heat.

It is advisable to prepare napkins or paper towels. After frying, lay out the bananas on them to get rid of excess fat!

I peel bananas, remove "hairs" and cut them into pieces a couple of centimeters long. Cut right into the batter to one piece.

Well envelop each piece of banana in the batter.

The butter should boil well. How do you check if the butter is ready? Dip the tip of a toothpick (wooden stick) into the butter, if it sizzles, it's ready!

Dipping each piece in the batter, fry for 30 seconds on each side. Oil should boil well, otherwise bananas will boil and there will be no crispy crust!

I put them on a napkin prepared in advance.

And so I continue until there is no more dough or bananas. This time I had a little more than 3 pieces.

I pour the sugar - and you can try it!

Once you try them, you'll love them for a long time.

They are good both warm and cold!

Quick, easy and delicious! You can make a double or triple portion.

Have a great time, everyone
