Fritters with cottage cheese and rampson

Products (for 4 servings)

Cottage cheese - 200 g

Shermil - 1 bundle (100 gr)

Egg - 1 egg

Kefir - 250 ml

Sour cream - 100 gr

Flour - 250 gr

Salt - 1 tsp.

Soda or baking powder - 1 tsp.

Vegetable oil (for frying) - 2-3 tbsp.

 

Prepare the products for the pancakes with cottage cheese and ramson.

Wash the ramson, dry it on a towel and finely chop it.

In a bowl combine cottage cheese, sour cream, kefir, egg, salt and baking soda (or baking powder).

All well mix.

Then in a bowl add chopped ramson.

Thoroughly mix everything.

In portions add flour and mix.

The dough should be thick enough, so that in a spoon it holds a "hill".

Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil. Spoon the batter onto the frying pan.

Fry fritters on both sides until crispy.

Ready cottage cheese fritters with ramson we lay on a napkin or paper towel, to absorb excess oil. After that you can serve the fritters.

Such curd fritters with rampson are very good with sour cream.
