Fritters with grapes on kefir

Recipe photo: Pancakes with grapes in kefir Soft and fluffy kefir pancakes thanks to the sweet grapes inside become a new dish, unusual and even more delicious! Juicy grapes give the usual kefir pancakes a new, original taste. When whole grapes explode with juicy sweetness, the pancakes absolutely do not need sauces or additional additives!

Ingredients (for 6 servings)

Grapes - 200 gr

Kefir - 230 ml

Wheat flour - 150 gr

Egg - 1 pc.

Sugar - 2 tablespoons (50 gr)

Soda - 1 tsp.

Vegetable oil (for frying) - 3-4 tbsp (50 ml

Prepare the products according to the list.

I got 20 small pancakes from the specified number of ingredients.

For the filling, it is best to use grapes of the sultanas variety - their berries are small and there are almost no seeds in them. If you want, you can also use regular grapes - then each grape should be cut in half or in 4 parts and pips removed.

In a deep bowl, combine the egg and sugar, mix with a whisk.

Pour in the kefir and stir again.

Add the baking soda. In portions, each time stirring, whisk flour through a fine sieve.

The dough for pancakes should be of medium thickness and flow down from a spoon "ribbon".

Grapes remove from a twig, wash and dry with a towel.

In a skillet over medium heat (out of 9 settings on my stove I set it to 5), heat the vegetable oil. Spoon about 1 tbsp of batter into the pan, forming small pancakes.

Immediately place about 3-5 small grapes on top of the batter.

Spread a little more batter on each pancake to cover the berries.

Fry the grape pancakes over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until brown.

If desired, the finished pancakes can be placed briefly on a paper towel to soak up the excess oil.

A beautiful and original breakfast!

Bon appetit
